How AstroMatch4u turns a chart into scores
What is happening behind each number on my dashboard?
AstroMatch4u treats astrology as a knowledge system: the rules in the classical texts are written down as explicit, checkable rules, and a computer applies them the same way every time. Nothing is guessed.

The steps in plain words
- Data: your birth place is looked up for its latitude and longitude, and your birth time is converted to UTC with the international time-zone database.
- Features: every planet's sign, house, degree, nakshatra, pada, dignity, strength, aspects and conjunctions, plus yogas, dasha and transits, are worked out from the chart.
- Rules: each of the 75 readings is its own rule table. A rule looks like "if the 10th lord is in the 11th house and strong, add to career drive", with a weight. Rules that cancel or pull in opposite directions simply add and subtract, so a strength in one place can offset a weakness in another.
- Scores: the weighted evidence is added into a score from 0 to 10, and each score comes with a plain-words explanation of what in your chart drove it, so you can check it against this page.
- Explanations: the written explanations, and the optional AI report, turn those same factors into plain language. The AI is given the computed facts; it does not invent the chart.
What the scores are, and are not. They are an interpretive model:
a faithful, consistent application of traditional rules. They are not a scientific measurement of
personality or a prediction of events, and they have not been tested against real-life outcomes.
Read them the way you would read a thoughtful horoscope, as a prompt for reflection.
