Your scores and charts are worked out by fixed rules, not AI. Some of the writing is done by AI. Here is exactly which parts, what the AI sees, and how we keep it in line.

Before you publish this. This describes how the app uses AI today. It is a starting draft, not legal advice. Check the OpenAI data terms quoted in section 4 against the version that applies to your account, and update this page whenever an AI feature is added or its provider changes.

1. What is not AI

Everything that is calculated is done by our own code, the same way every time: the D1 and D9 charts, planet positions, every score, the Dasha dates, the Guna Milan points, the Manglik check and the Past Life (D60) figures. The same birth details always give the same numbers.

2. What AI writes

AI writes the "simple words" explanations — of a reading (for the readings you can open, free ones included) and of your D1 and D9 charts (with the Full report) — when you open them. With Full report + AI, it also writes these, from your chart's facts:

  • the written sections of the Kundali PDF report: personality, operating manual, life areas, planet readings, yogas, numerology, your future partner and the SWOT analysis;
  • the rewording of the report into simple English, or its translation into Hindi;
  • the plain-language notes on the Medical Astrology, Manglik and Dasha pages, and the health report;
  • the Past Life story;
  • the answers in "Ask your chart".

Every AI-written section of the PDF is marked "Written by AI".

3. What the AI is sent

Sent: your chart's facts (signs, houses, planet strengths, yogas and periods) and your gender. For the health notes, and for the rewording or translation of your report, your name as it appears in the report. For "Ask your chart", your question and your last ten messages in that chat.

Never sent: your email address, your IP address or any payment information.

4. Who runs the AI

The AI is provided by OpenAI through its API. We send each request with storage switched off. OpenAI's API terms state that data sent through the API is not used to train its models by default, and that it may be kept for up to 30 days to detect abuse before being deleted.

On our side, AI-written text is cached against the chart it was written for, so the same chart gets the same text and is not sent again. Chat messages are stored with your profile until you clear the chat or delete your profile.

5. How we keep it in line

  • The AI is told to use only the facts it is given and to name the placement behind each statement.
  • It is told to describe tendencies, never certainties, and never to predict events.
  • Every sentence it writes is checked before you see it. Any sentence that predicts illness, death, accidents, divorce or financial ruin is removed automatically. Health text is also screened for diagnoses, medicines and doses.
  • Answers are shown to you as plain text only.

6. Its limits

AI can still get things wrong, repeat itself or sound more sure than it should. Treat its writing as a reflection on your chart, not as advice; see the Disclaimer. If something reads wrong, tell us and we will look at it.

7. Your choice

AI runs only when you open something it writes: a "simple words" explanation, the D1 or D9 chart in short, or, with Full report + AI, the AI report and "Ask your chart". Every score, chart and date is worked out without AI. You can clear your chat at any time from the chat window, and deleting your data removes your chat history.
