This is the most useful bug report we get, and the easiest to act on if you include the right things. Please send:
- the birth date, time and place you entered;
- what the chart showed, and what you expected instead;
- where you are comparing against — another site, a printed chart, an astrologer — since conventions differ;
- which panel it was: the D1, the D9, the planet table or a score.
A note before you write: divisional charts are drawn differently by different software. AstroMatch4u counts D9 houses from the navamsa lagna, so the sign numbers in its boxes will not match a tool that counts them from the rashi lagna, even though every planet is in the same sign. The about page explains why.
Asking about your data
Tell us the email address you sign in with so we can find the profile, and say whether you want a copy of it or it deleted. We will confirm within 30 days. You can also delete it yourself at any time from your profile page — that removes everything we hold, the email address included.
What we store, and who else it reaches, is listed field by field in the Privacy Policy.
What we cannot help with
We build the software; we are not a consulting astrologer. We cannot read your chart for you, tell you whether to stay in a relationship, or answer questions about your health, money or future. AstroMatch4u is an entertainment tool and its readings carry no predictive validity — see the Terms of Use.
If you are having a hard time, please talk to a doctor, a licensed therapist or a local support line rather than to an astrology app.

For press, partnerships or legal notices, write to the same address with a clear subject line and we will route it.
Before publishing: replace support@astromatch4u.com with a
mailbox you actually monitor, and add your registered business name
and postal address here — several jurisdictions require them on a
public contact page.
